Free Introductory Session
During your free introductory session via Zoom, we will look at all aspects of your life. We will discuss what you hope to gain from our sessions. Once we have established all of this, a coaching plan will be developed. Most sessions run from 45 - 60 minutes and can be via Zoom, Facetime or in person.
